Shipping & Returns


Thank you for supporting DR3AM3RS! We ship both domestically and worldwide. For this reason, some products take as few as 3-5 days and others can take up to 10-16 business days.

Refer to the product page for the individual product(s) you ordered for a specific anticipated delivery datime frame.

Why is the shipping for some products so long? We save our customers money by shipping directly from our manufacturer. The pieces are made in various parts of the country including Japan, USA, and they are assembled and sent out from China. This method saves our customers over 50%+ of the base price!

If it has been longer than your anticipated delivery time frame, please email us at to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Note:  Orders of 2 or more products may be shipped separately! If you receive one product in one package, allow time for the other package(s) to arrive.


You are eligible for your money back under 2 circumstances: 1) your product arrives broken, and 2) you are cancelling your order BEFORE it has been shipped. If your product arrives broken, you can choose to have another one sent to you free of charge OR to get your money back via refunding.

If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us by email at as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled because it is already en route to you.


We only accept returns for items that were damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within a week of your order arrival in order to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Refund Shipping (if applicable)

If you are approved for both a return and a refund, we will provide you with the address to ship the item to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
